Refund Policy

This 'try-before-you-buy' approach is the best way to evaluate if our upscaling services meet your needs. For purchases, we offer a 3-day discretionary review period for refund requests. If you believe you require a refund, you must contact us at support@aiimgupscaler.com within three (3) days of your payment, providing a detailed reason for your request. The following conditions apply:

• Partial Refunds: If a portion of your purchased credits has been used, any approved refund may be partial, proportional to the amount of unused credits.
• Denial of Refund: We reserve the right to deny a refund request if a significant majority of the purchased credits has been consumed within the 3-day period.

Please note that high-resolution processing consumes credits exponentially based on the final Megapixel output (up to 25MP). If you are dissatisfied with the enhancement quality, we recommend reviewing our official guidance on input image suitability and technical limits before submitting a refund request.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
